My money is on this one not being the shooter either. Whoever planned this hit took an enormous amount of precaution with throwing breadcrumbs in different directions, from the old man that was the first suspect, to the ginger kid with the Arab name they caught later, now whoever this dude is. They'll go through 20 different suspects and have to settle on telling us one of them is the killer because it looks too embarrassing for them to admit the real killer got away by distracting everyone with these dupes.
