Yup.
They wanted to draw this out as long as possible to get that "we need an all-encompassing and surveilling AI pre-crime system to stop the political violence and criminal cities" agenda furthered by milking the fear and then having the media plants riling up the public to demand for more surveillance (ayy, since you glowniggers are talking what I'm scree'ing out here about this case; why haven't you compromised fed psyop runners said anything about the shooter's cellphone data pings or if the shooter had any signals generating things on his person? Let's push this one into the zeitgeist and watch the cover running for mossad continue, as you inevitably fuck up making a coherent narrative).
They had that fucking patsy (yes, mr black shirt on the roof was a patsy; the shot came from diagonally behind kirk, it wasn't a head on shot from the top of the building that they are offiiclal claiming; there is no magic bullet that can cause a left front side-neck wound and upper back right head wound from a directly head on shot. The person on camera and on the roof was there so that they could slow-roll out a manhunt for a patsy, to milk for propaganda and agenda-furthering reasons) on surveillance camera the entire time, but choose to wait it out until they absolutely couldn't wait any longer to release it to the public. Imagine that, you just had a shooting on your campus, where the shooter is still at large, you've had him on camera since the shooting, had some idea of who did it, and yet you waited almost 24 hours to warn the public (and thereby leave them potentially at danger the entire time) about what he looked like and what his description was (long after he was gone; or possible giving him more time to commit violence).
In this day and age, you held off on warning the public and giving them critical details about an active shooter.
For what purpose, and on who's orders?
What the fuck is going on down there, UVU higher ups?
Sloppy fucking job.
