Lift heavier by 3-5 lbs on every exercise, every session. 2-3 sets of 6-8 heavy reps. If you fail at 5 reps, lower weight. If you don’t fail at 9 reps, up the weight.

I feel I got a food intake problem
I already eat as much as my stomach can handle and I’m not becoming fat or bulked up

This is also why I think being fat is mostly genetic
Both the behavior and the metabolic rate are generic
Fat fucks are lazy because they have lazy genes
They also have low metabolism, the proof this is generic is the Polynesians who are all fat (fat fucks survived ocean crossings, skinny ones starved)
But I have the opposite problem, I have a crazy high metabolsim and my body is constantly turning American quantities of food and slop into... nothing seemingly
