It'll be a bit weaker than it is today, assuming that EU survives as a economic block it will still be very powerful and most likely the third strongest after US and CN, but from singular countries standpoint India will overtake Germany, and Brazil, Canada, and Indonesia will be very close to overtaking if not already overtaken France and UK. Europe overall will no longer be mostly monoethnic, it'll turn into a multiethnic melting pot like the US. Essentially today's US demographics will sort of be what EU will have in 2050. The young people will be around 40% white, 10-15% black, 5-10% yellow, rest will be mixed and brown people. Most people will be atheists with a minority being christians and muslims. And there'll be a lot more trans and LGBT people, it'll most likely be fully normalized and you'll have at least one or two trans presidents by then. It's gonna be cozy.
