I was a POG in Army and can confirm, when we first got to shoot out to 300 during basic I could ping the 300 back to back with about half a second between shots(using irons). We don't even get much rifle training during basic as non OSUT POGs and most people could pass rifle qual hitting 300m and 200m. I used to shoot 500 yards shots with a bolt action .30-06 w/4x scope downhill for fun plinking all the time when I was younger growing up. I would sometimes use iron sights or minium magnification depending on what gun I had just for the challenge. You no guns still don't understand how easy a shot this was to make from a 200m prone position and decent glass with no heavy cross winds downrange. You don't need to be some professional sniper assassin to pull this off at all. The retard was probably aiming for his face as well and was a bit off and ended up hitting his neck anyways, showing how incompetent he was but still managed to get a kill shot because how easy this shot is to make.

Without ever touching a gun I could set you up and as long as you follow my directions on the trigger pull you will be driving tacks all around the bull within 6 rounds. This guy at 200yds if he was aiming center mass like he should be or center of the head like a fucking idiot would if he were shooting at a paper target would not even have been in the black, maybe on paper but not in the black part of the target. He jerked the trigger making his bullet trail to the right. At that distance with that gun bullet drop and cross winds do not effect the bullet. It pretty much goes where you’re aiming. The guy got a kill shot but he didn’t hit where he was aiming he was off by at least 3 inches if not more. A little harder of a jerked trigger and he misses completely. I shot a woodchuck once with a -06 at about 150yds and hit its neck instead of the shoulder I was aiming for. I was off by about an inch and a half. In the shooting world it was a bad shot even though it was effective.
