I think the shooter was on the ground and surrounded by a crowd of people they let the guy out after the shot that's why all the videos pan over and like Ken burns and not over and up. Like it's slides on a horizontal not vertical.

I analysed the muzzle flash footage. There's 11 frames between the muzzle flash and Charlie getting hit. The video is 30fps so that's 0.37 seconds between flash and hit. That suggest the shooter was around 200 yards removed from Kirk. Based off of that video, it seems the shooter had to be where the officials claimed he was.
But where does the footage come from? Was the muzzle flash an actual reflection of the actual muzzle flash? Highly unlikely in broad, sunny daylight. So probably a nothingburger.
I find it's rather difficult to figure out the true trajectory of the bullet. The t-shit does some really weird shit too. I think the theory that the neck wound is the exit wound seems plausible when you look at kirk getting shot over and over again. But I wanna know if they did an actual autopsy or not.
