Things to consider would be getting the drone to be untraceable back to you also see if it can even get away itself. I totally see several drones or one bigger one with adjustment mechanism to place and line up a sniper shot. Those drones you see in Ukraine drop bombs from high away so it's hard to hear them, and the kamikadze ones are very audible just hard to avoid. It would definitely be fairly audible and noticeable making its way to the spot in a city. Also a lot of cameras would pick up where the drone went and who were carrying a drone, so you would need think this through too.
