yes, but the resulting offspring is infertile due to the genetic distance. also, since they are so rare and so antisocial, it is very difficult to get them to breed with another Pallas's cat, let alone a different species of cat. they also have a very weak immune system due to their extreme natural habitat. bringing them below 5000 feet in altitude can greatly harm them. they are extremely susceptible to toxoplasmosis, having about a 70% mortality rate from infection, which is very common around domestic cats. on the off chance they survive infection, they will most likely be rendered very weak and usually infertile, and will probably die within a few months.
just get a persian longhair cat. they are the most genetically similar domestic cat to the Pallas's cat
