I didn’t feel anything at first other than anger. When stuff happens I’m usually numb for a bit, then it hits. And it hit. It (and the murder of Iryna) really made it hit home that in murder, lives are ended that should not have been ended. Wish Decarlos Brown and Tyler Robinson a very slow and painful death.

For me I found it especially disturbing and I'm having a hard time even looking at it. I'm a pretty left wing guy (populist with libertarian leanings) but I have a great respect for any man willing to debate politics openly. Charlie, for all of hi fucked up political views, was a good man. He cared about family, nation, and was principled even if I can't stand his politics. The new "left" should not be celebrating his death. It's indicative of a complete and total breakdown of the democratic process.

Political violence works, but vigilantism is far less effective at getting the results you want than say mass protest. This was a brutal, unnecessary assassination on a family oriented man. Selfish? The day it happened (night time here) I had a lucid dream where I met Hillary Clinton. There's so much that went so colossally wrong it felt like a nightmare.
