it's not necessarily about how many you do but the time it takes you for each rep

Like I can do 100 push ups in two sets no problem, if I just rush through and do them as fast as possible.
But if I slow the reps down taking 5-6 seconds per full push up then I'm absolutely fucked and can barely make it to 30.
