I guess if I was this Tyler Robinson guy, I would've used a VPN. I never would've taken my phone, never would've used that rifle, I would've had a better disguise (like 3 or 4 of them), some kind diversionary element to activate before/during/after the deed. I'd also pack a few smoke grenades for emergency use, and my getaway route (should I be forced to use my own car), would've been completely different. Oh, and I'd make sure anything inside my car that could be used for tracking me had the fuses pulled.

I think the payload issues and the tech it takes to do that is the only thing keeping it in check as far as domestic attacks.
