There's two elements that get conflated together:
1) the current vaccine schedule causes a change in viscosity of infant's blood to the point it causes ischemic strokes. Many vaccines given directly after birth are unnecessary and can be dosed out over a longer schedule or eliminated all together (like hepatitis, until the child goes to day care/school)
2) some vaccines have adverse side effects either directly on health or on societlal health. DTAP, for instance, gives rise to parapertussis and masks the pathological vector. Like another anon said, hygiene is the most important factor, and has been for a lot of the "big" diseases such as polio
It's important to know what goes in your body and do your own research. Some vaccines can be beneficial. Anyone that blanket statement says vaccines are good or bad is delusional
