>fast forward 1 year later
>get the dream job of my life
>ended up meeting a girl there and had sex with her a bunch
>Joey was still being a good boy as always
>everything was going great
>fast forward 3 years later
>get a call from my boss
>tells me he has to let me go and that I'm fired
>get really drunk and start fighting my gf
>started out as an argument and then I started punching her
>Joey starts biting me and trying to make me let go
"Stupid dog. Let go."
>end up kicking him in the stomach and hit his dick I think
>he smashes into my desk which had some of my expensive figures on it, and they fall to the ground and break
"Nooo you stupid dog. Look what you did."
>throw a water bottle at his head and leave the room
>girlfriend ends up leaving me for another guy
>felt really bad after and gave Joey a treat
>fast forward 6 months
>I place the flowers on the gravestone as I sit in the rain morning my friend. RIP Joey, you were really too good for this world.

>thought it was really cool at first
>fast forward a few weeks
>it wouldnt shut up after i got home from work one day
>maybe it remembers what i did to Joey
>ended up throwing shit at its cage the rest of the day
>accidentally threw something sharp into its cage and hit it in the head
>it basically killed it instantly

>finally realized I shouldnt own animals
