Finns however live eteranlly rent free in the minds of the average American. The Finns are so strange that they come across as otherworldly. Americans have no way to parse interactions with Finns so end up treating them like aliens which leaves a lasting and indelible mark on your memory.

Personally I am low key obsessed with Finns. Their language, their culture, their art, their memes have invaded my headspace and given them a massive over representation for how small of a country it is. Everything about them is fascinating. The Finns have produced the world's greatest sniper, the world's strongest man, the world's greatest programmer. How the fuck does a country that small produce the best at literally everything they turn their minds towards? If Finns became obsessed with genocide humanity would become extinct in five years.
