I don't think so it's literally a single frame later. This is a compelling video, especially around that possible shooter. That the other two guys are conclusively involved is more of a stretch, how are they so close to Charlie, inside the crowd fence? I think it's more likely that they are his own security team signalling to other security team members in the crowd and they all just missed this other shooter. The angle of this shot does line up with what we saw happen. The only way the mauser rifle was the assassination weapon is if it hit the top of a metallic body armor plate Charlie was wearing. There is just no way a .30-06 to the neck doesn't create an exit wound otherwise. It would have had to have ricocheted or spalled up into his neck and head. Which does match with the fencing position he immediately went in to. But I think that could have also been caused by cavitation to the carotid from the alleged shot in this video. We aren't being told the whole truth one way or another.
