You see this? He already got hit, then the wound in the next frame, happened on his neck. You can, if you watch the video again, see blood droplets and tissue being "pushed" out of that wound by the force of the projectile entering from the back and exiting through the front

All indicators, hints, whatever i've gathered over the past few days, all point toward the projectile hitting him from the back

He was pushed backward on impact. He was hit from the front on the edge of an armor plate and the bullet deformed and fragmented upward making the wound larger than a normal entry wound.The fragment did catastrophic damage to the artery and brain killing him pretty much instantly as it traveled upward and I'm pretty sure it is still lodged in his head with no exit wound.I don't think the shooter was from behind or in the crowd,there would be a lot of people near the shooter in this close vicinity that would hear and see this happen.A handgun would be very loud and noticeable...
