Indians are running scams to steal jobs from Americans. This is a four part old school /pol/ campaign to expel them from US jobs. We need your help!


1. Do this:

Jobs.now is a website to let Americans apply to the market surveys for unlisted H1B job openings that have already been promised to a foreign applicant. Apply to block jeets from getting green cards and permanent residency.

Apply to jobs, then immediately file with the DOJ for discrimination against a citizen by illegal hiring of foreign workers.
Jeets get deported, you get a job, or money from the settlement.

I am so happy to see that JJG is back in business!

To give you an update:

We have a wonderful anon who is going to have a chat with officers to talk about the list of deportable H1B visa holders. That way, if we find more people (we will), we know it's going to someone who will be able to take action.

I am still going through Airbnb, and I am halfway through Georgia. The following states are left:

Illinois
Pennsylvania
Tennessee
North Carolina
Washington State
New Jersey
Maryland
Virginia
District of Columbia

Texas
California

So far, we have 55 people that I have marked as High Confidence, and 64 people that I have marked as Medium Confidence in terms of the probability of a violation of their visa conditions.

If their H1B visa is cancelled, any associated H4 will automatically be cancelled, as it is a derivative status.

I am a technology professional from Canada who is applying for a fiancé visa.

H1B visa processing delayed my visa by months. I was supposed to leave Canada permanently right around now. Instead, I am lucky if I can leave before the end of the year.

I am now forced to have a wedding in peak winter in Wisconsin.

This is not about money for me. My fiancé makes enough money that working is optional. I am just mad.
