It was literally going to happen if Hitler won the war and this theory is probably just him trying to predict the future after the war so people perceive him as a prophet. If Germany won WW2 you could see it as whites overcoming the jews, and most white countries (with exception of maybe italy) would be under German influence and form some sort of power bloc (unifying under one country is very unlikely though). The big opposition to Germany would be the Japanese-led Greater East Asia Co-Prosperity Sphere, which would include most of Asia. The only thing he would have gotten wrong is the final war because he couldn't predict nukes preventing major conflicts, and it would've probably been a cold war just like we had in real life.
