Individuals can be sued for defamation dumbass.

If a individual for example, exaggerates a claim that might not celebrate Charlie Kirks death, but doesn't show remorse and criticizes him, or maybe believes he was a vile person, they can sue a party for defamation

Harassment, Doxxing, and even some civil rights claims could be brought involved aswell.
