The First Amendment protects our right to say hateful and wrong things and prohibits the government from infringing upon our ability to do so. The exceptions to this are extremely rare. This really shouldn't be so hard to understand.

Pic is a 9-0 Supreme Court decision from just last year.

saying which political party a murderer belonged to, without being authorized to in any way, attempting to convince your viewers of it, goes beyond an "opinion"

same goes for claiming a violent black teen could have been your son. the left is just so up their own ass they can't understand that "i prefer to use this medication" is an opinion and "this is the only medication you should be using if you struggle with ______" directed at a studio audience and TV viewers is practicing medicine without a license

It's not your right to mislead the public. If you're a media company your broadcast license comes with responsibilities.

The FCC gives out affiliate licenses at its discretion and taking them away isn't in any way an 'enforcement action.' ABC has been waiting for an excuse to cancel this worthless schmuck for a long time, there's only so many menopaused white women to whom you can sell Orange Man Bad every fucking night before you stop seeing a return on your investment.
