If you go public, jews will see to it that your hard work and gold mine are just handed over to jeet niggers and chinks. Therefore there is no reason to ever start a public company or go into business with jew venture capital in America. Private sole proprietor is all that should be considered. No jew partners either, we all saw how that worked with zuckerstein's "partners". No "cap table." No incorporating in a jew state like Delaware. Just simple ownership.
