His specific thesis or whatnot in the movie is not spot on, but he makes a lot of good points about the development of the modern form of niche marketing to all this contrived shit that people make part of their identities. For example when people talk about trannies being "mentally ill," I don't see it like that, I see what they're trying to do and the rest of 573 gender identities to choose from and all that shit as being basically a bunch of products (that no one needs) that have been pushed on a lot of essentially unremarkable normalfags who are simply impressionable and susceptible to mass marketing.
