The Chinese are also releasing the model weights so you can run these on your own hardware. Some of them are getting pretty good, including the video generation from scratch. Replacement in video is actually an easier task since you have 'grounding' in the original video.

Think of it like this, you will be able to change the race of characters easily. You will be able to just take like 5-10 seconds of video, prompt your changes and it will edit it. Allowing even an amateur to make their own versions and cut out all the pozz.

Also, think about the possibilities, you will be able to make your own meme edits where Adolf Hitler or Stalin enters the scene and interacts with characters. It's going to be comfy.
