Ultra libertarian is an amoral position. You can be anti the country you're in and paying taxes in not entering a war though

War is when the state(bad) just decides something(bad) and then you have to pay more taxes(doubleplusbad) to fund specific parts of the economy(communism), be conscripted(absolute heresy), and paid by the state(communism) to do things.
It's offset when you get a plot of land in newly conquered areas and you can keep the guys you captured as slaves but overall it's fairly statist.
