Its our own government, having Israel do what we cannot due to the constitution. Is it neglectful to fail to stop a crime? Maybe. But is it illegal to fail? No. It is illegal to kill US citizens, but it is not illegal (ie legal) to fail to stop the killing of US citizens. If failure produces a desired outcome, is it not only legal, but also moral?
