The average Indian IQ is 82... looking at the statistical implications, the highest IQ India can produce is likely around 130, and that's a vanishingly small number, especially amongst their large population. There are likely more Americans who are exceptionally gifted or geniuses (IQ > 130) than there are Indians of average intelligence by Western standards (IQ >100) - this, again, in spite of their large population.

Not only that, but an average IQ of 82 might even be overstated for India, considering testing only ever takes place in urban centers like Karnataka (scammer central) and not in the less civilized, more remote, likely lower IQ (but also likely more honest, with less to gain by cheating or faking results) rural regions like Andhra Pradesh. The official Indian average IQ is more than likely skewed toward the highest IQ population segment India has to offer, whilst conveniently omitting the cohort that would score the worst and pull the average lower yet.

Another interesting fact - the average IQ of American blacks is 85, which means that, on average, Indians are literally stupider than niggers. Indian success is owed, in addition to their raw numbers, to the fact that Indians are more conniving and (I'd have said it's not even possible, but here we are) more nepotistic than niggers. They practice blind ethnic solidarity on a level only rivaled by kikes. It's like they have all the worst traits of blacks and Jews together, with none of their redeeming (pun intended) qualities.

Nepotism and the compounding factor of their being used as a biological weapon by Jews against Whites, to be sure.

Yea bro Trump is just going to force every company in America to collapse when they have to drop their staff killing the economy. You know who did that? The north to the south during the Civil war.

>>516691736
No he is right. It makes sense because if it was retroactive every company in America would over night have potentially millions in fees and that could devastate the economy

Current H-1B's will feel pressured to take pay cuts or do even more unpaid overtime to not have their jobs taken away. They'll be fully taken advantage of and take it with a smile because the alternative is going back and then getting paywalled with the 100k yearly fee if they try to apply for another H1-B visa. This is not the win you think it is.

No even if they are not. I think the toilet clog operation is funny but its doing nothing unfortunately. This law isn't retroactively applying to current jeets. Think about it logically if Trump did that it could destroy the economy and bossiness if they now have hundreds of thousands to millions of taxes put on them over night.

if jews lose their poo workforce in the West they are in trouble.
Whites are already against kikes.
Spics, niggers, arabs/turks are too dumb to help with the high end work.
There's still chinks to help the kikes, but chinks try to walk the line wanting to help whitey too.
Nearing end game for kikes. They'll be left to relying on mystery meats.

So you can't have anchor babies anymore and now you have to actually produce work or you're fired. The renewal option will have the 100k cost on it.

The petition is the initial step to establish eligibility, while the visa is the entry document itself, allowing travel to the U.S.:

The Re-entry section of the EO, in which the fee is imposed is applied only to those whose "Petition", Not "Active-Visa", is supplemented by the "$100,000" fine.

The language on the immigration websites, count renewal as a "petition". However, it is merely re-entry under "petition" that causes the fine in the EO.

So active visa holders can re-enter, renewals are not charged the fine as long as they are in the United States at the time of renewal. If you we're here under "pending petition", you likely had a tourist visa anyway.
