I didn't move the goalpost, I assumed you'd read the image or have the bare minimum of financial literacy to understand that a 100k yearly fee per person would be akin to banning h1b entirely and that Trump obviously can't do that so it can't be it.

No large corporation will be affected because to most of them that fee is less than 50 dollars per employee per year. Smaller businesses can just hire them from a shell-like company that hires them in bulk to minimize those fees in the future. Nothing major will change.
