A rental property is not a secondary residence. You can't get the cheaper mortgage rate for a personal residence when you're renting it for income. That makes it an investment property and you have to pay the higher rate. OR, you could not charge your niece rent to live in the property, and qualify for the lower rate.
You can't have rental income from a property while also declaring it a personal residence. Those two things are legal opposites.

It gets worse. Those documents Trump had were duly declassified by him before he left office and MAL, a place in the middle of a 250-acre parcel of land that has 24/7 Secret Service protection, was certified as a secure records facility (the standard for which is basically "has lock on the door."
What happened is that Archives decided to unilaterally REclassify them and sent a letter demanding he turn over any documents he had so they could decide if he was allowed to keep them.
