I’m a Norman supertaster and I cannot fucking stand canned tuna. Just smelling it makes me gag. I tried eating some during the starting strength craze and I almost threw up after one can.

For fish, wild caught > farm raised (unless you raise them yourself). And ones further down the food chain are better due to less accumulation.
E.g. sardines > tuna.

I'll still eat tuna due to economical reasons of course, as a man needs to eat. But I buy sardines when on sale.
