I'm an old millennial that's had jobs since I was 11, and I never in my life had trouble getting work on the first 1-3 tries. EVER..
Also I was led to believe that if I had years of experience and an engineering degree I would always do very well, so I busted my ass to get there and guess what, no one gives a fuck at all whatsoever.
Great track record, years of relevant experience, references etc. all of it is absolutely useless. That tells you one thing, it's now all a social cucking racket run by the dregs of roastie spinsters.
There's no way around it.
Either we, the actually functional talent pool of White men, need to join forces and build our own companies - that ain't gonna happen when every other White cuck is clinging to his wage cage. I don't disagree, but the probem with alot of us is that the endless debt cage has depleted all of our savings since covid. My goal was to start my own business when I turned 30, after getting a few more years experience, but the market tanked, layoffs happened, and not only did inflation price me out of starting my business, I was forced to change fields and start making less than I did at 22 while working harder and paying more. I'm so fucking exhausted just trying to get by, much less start a business. I've got less than $15k savings left, and from what I understand, that's well above average right now. It's insane.

I commend your efforts but one of the main problems is everyone thinks they can run a business and that just ain't happening, White dudes need to collectively seek each other out and support each other's endeavors.
I started a company in 2010 with two nickels to rub and I couldn't get anyone reliable to step up and put effort into growing the business, regardless of how well they were paid. Everyone wants to be the boss, I was offering $6 more an hour to start than any other contractor to the point where I couldn't buy food just to pay them and nobody gave a fuck about succeeding and building a business from the ground up. That was 15 years ago, it's ten times worse now out there.
So what do I do, take on what I can do myself and fuck everyone else. I blame the jew but the White accepted the circumstances.
