No. But I grew up as a poor so cereal to me means oatmeal in my head until I saw your pic. That pic was what all the rich kids ate and still eat to this day. It's also why they are all so fat, still live with their folks as an adult and are all messed up in their heads.

Back in the states I used to eat them. Yes. Here in Kazakhstan nobody eats them. I used to get those called Crunchy (the ones filled with pecans) or whatever from Walmart.

Too much to count, bro. It's like using a bucket to measure the water content of the ocean. Fried foreskin is nice though. Tastes like chicken tendies.

Yes. I don't eat very much generally, but then every few days I run a long way. So I wake up hungry in the middle of the night and eat a bowl of bran flakes. Actually just finished one. S'why I'm up at 4:30 am now.

- The cereal is too expensive.
- The milk is too expensive and takes up more room in the fridge than it's worth.
- The cereal ingredients are far more poisonous now than they used to be.
- It's a weird food. Not even that great. Most of its popularity is a result of non-stop advertising.

No I realized that it is degenerate goy slop. Corn flakes were invented to lower sex drive by the Kellogs family.
I eat nuts, blueberries, milk, antioxidants (grounded cinnamon, haws cocoa, cloves, grape seeds), self made L reuteri yoghurt, L-glutamine, creatine, silicium from bamboo extract, magnesium bisglycinate, lithium oratate, barberries.
I make my own blend and add or remove supplements hower I seem them fit

$2.59 for a gallon of whole milk here. It's probably the most reasonably-priced food I buy regularly.

I make my own cereal. Granola, shredded coconut, sliced almonds, lots of cinnamon, and honey. Toss it all up, then bake it for 40 minutes, stirring every 10. Better than anything you can buy from stores, I know the quality of every ingredient I put in there, doesn't take very long, and honestly isn't that expensive.

A couple of times per week. If I am in a rush. I'm well aware 90% of it is pure garbage technically speaking but it's better than starving to death. Some times it boils down to the matter of convenience.

Same. We still have local dairies that sell milk in glass bottles at the store. Far better than mainstream gallons. Plus you get a refund for returning the bottle which is nice
