he had one year left on his mortgage and that was 2024 so it was due to be paid off by this year anyway

they blatantly wanted him to default so they could repossess and sell it on
he had a long back and forth with them, they couldn't prove they had any authority over this property, no court order, no novation agreement, no deed, no nothing, so he just told them to fuck off and that the issue was resolved because he'd paid in full., they've not tried to take him to court (because they know they'd lose)

so they fucked that off and stopped communicating with him altogether
even when he communicates with them through his solicitor for me they ignore him or take months to reply

A wildlife park is marking one year since one of its bears underwent pioneering, life-saving brain surgery.
