This isn't some new thing, we have similar training facilities for training foreign pilots from Japan, Thailand, Italy, Netherlands, Belgium and many other allied foreign countries. This isn't event the first foreign pilot training facility at that airbase, they already have a compound there for pilots from the Singapore Air Force.
