The real problem is quite simple:
1 Vax studies list mostly autoimmune diseases as side effects, literally hundreds.
2 Autoimmune disease takes many years, often several decades to manifest and be diagnosed.
3 Vaccine trials run for weeks, they never ask for patients decades later.

On top, autoimmune disease is rare, less than 1 in 50, often even 1 in 1000 life risk. So you need 100k participants for two decades or more. Vaccine trials lack the size to find these outcomes. Population studies can't reliably correct for mis- and underdiagnosis, as the groups are so different in their mindset. And nu science can not into stats. Remember when they tried to do myocarditis, which was not rare, and every new study found something else?

I took the vax and a booster because my job required it. I got long covid three weeks ago. Scary shit. I figured out what was in the vaccine that triggered this and have untrained my immune system by making a killer-T cell response to cells reprogrammed by the vaccine. You want a t-cell response more than non-neutralizing antibodies anyway.
