here's the way money works

i own the federal reserve which is what prints dollar bills for us to circulate in our economy

you are a country and you need to purchase physical paper money from me in order to circulate it in your country

you buy $100 from me but im not going to give it to you for $100 because it costs me money to run the printers and get the paper. so i sell it to you for $110

It's all essentially a confidence scam. All loans are borrowed against the future. As for who owns those debts it's the banks and financial institutions but really it's the gov't, but they don't actually "own" debt since debt is an intangible future promise to pay back. Instead what you have are contracts for future goods/services and those contracts have to be enforced or else all contractual obligations for anything and everything become null and void. How are they enforced? They used to be enforced by putting people in labor camps/mines but people would notice it was selectively enforced on the working poor and riots would constantly break out which allowed both debt slaves and violent criminals free. The debt slaves weren't a problem but the violent criminals would go after the rich people that imprisoned them, so they revamped the system. Now instead of prison they just garnish whatever money they need from your taxes directly. If you find a way to refuse to pay or be garnished they sell the debt at a discount to collection agencies who harass you until you die to pay back the money. However, humans don't live forever so what happens if you die before the full debt is repaid? That's where financial institutions step in with collateralized debt obligations where they bundle the bad debt (unpaid) with good debt (paying) at a discount and whoever buys it gets a monthly income/dividend from it. What happens if the bad debt outweighs the good debt? Financial system collapses and currency of the nation becomes worthless and people inevitably end up literally eat the rich and poor alike. Countries invested in the currency also take and their financial system takes a nose dive or collapses too. It's why there is such a huge incentive to prop up an economy, aside from the fact that people at the top get to live like kings. It's all just a house of cards/game of hot potato. It sounded to me like they actually get electronic money from the Federal reserve (loaned), perhaps all or a portion is paper physical. Then they simply create more new electronic credit when they issue a loan backed by whatever original electronic or physical they have (they loan out infinity number of times in theory).

I always thought that the Federal Reserve had the sole printing ability and it loaned that money to the banks infinitely more or less, or as much as the Fed dictates is allowed. So that didn't seem right but maybe the smaller banks basically have a currency printing license by the Fed to do this because they are all tied into the same system and the Fed just outsources it and monitors it this way. All bank transactions go through the Federal reserve system IIRC.

oh come on, these are not mines that were mined with a pickaxe and rock, look at how smooth the rock is, you think they chipped away at that for no reason? quarries happen in naturally occuring caves where rocks are exposed, you dont just dig down and forward like its minecraft. you think they just start hitting the dirt under them with a pickaxe until its a quarry? some of these mines were done before power tools, before electricity, in the dark, in the couple of years, by companies that only built one tunnel. sometimes it says it was only a couple of brothers who dug these MASSIVE tunnels up

the bottom line is that if you used candles, torches, or oil lamps as your only light source in a deep, enclosed cave and tunnel system, you'd absolutely run into oxygen depletion and carbon dioxide buildup over time and it would happen pretty quick. to think these master cave builders were idiots is a mistake. they are clearly faster and better at making tunnels than we are today.

not to mention they have made it dangerous to explore tunnels to this day and they have purposefully blown up certain tunnels and put them in the news to fearmonger people away from thinking about them entirely
