There's currently a lot of strange videos on Youtube that promote some variation of "China is empty," that millions of Chinese have somehow disappeared and now the country is a giant ghost town of some kind.

Why is the CIA trying to convince people that Chinese people no longer exist and have somehow mysteriously vanished?
