That "perfect" weather is what causes the wildfires though. There is just too much vegetation for such a dry place and it's like a tinder box, the entire state is basically deletes, there is no nature left, I should know.

I dont know about perfect but definitely the best and only in southern California. But the whole west coast has an extremely impressive temperature regulating effect.
