Not exactly. It’s pretty clear that the so-called “10 lost tribes” became intermingled with the Assyrians and other northern Levantine populations, and that those are pretty well represented by the Samaritans and other Semitic mid east populations. It’s likely everyone in Iraq and Syria has at least some Ephramite DNA. Even if Jesus himself had a pedegree to king David, it’s probable hundreds of other people did at the time based on the law of genetics, and in either case, it’s pretty clear from the Bible and Christian tradition that Jesus and his brothers’ bloodlines died out fairly quickly or were quickly forgotten as they intermingled into Christian ethnic groups like the Malkites and Maronites.

That's talmudic interpretation, not Bible teaching. The curse of Ham is actually the curse of Canaan. It was Canaan that was cursed, because Ham had sex with his mother and she conceived an incest son, Canaan. There is no mention of other peoples in the Bible, the Bible is only concerned with the descendants from Adam (Genesis 5:1), which is the Israelites later on. Other people are only mentioned because they came in contact with the Israelites. The Bible is a family book of Adam-kind, it isn't a universalist book of all humanoids on the earth. It makes no sense that all human races came from that one man Adam who lived 6000 years ago. That must be some high-speed "evolution" taking place there, which we don't even believe in as Christians.
