I have cluster headaches op. It is documented to be one of the most painful conditions known to man. Women say its worse than childbirth. When it goes into active cycle I get +5 attacks a day. The best medicine only takes care of the attack and can only be taken twice a day as more can cause stroke.

I was so mind fucked because I've had little to no experiences of any kids every randomly talking to me in public and the chances of them getting my name right out of all the possible names is mathematically ridiculous.

at night I was convinced that reality is a mirrored experience where at night your subconcious doppelganger goes to spirit world to life their life there, and that this was very important and necessary.
After about 5 days, the psychosis wore off and I was back to "normal". I was actually starting to enjoy my new found superpowers and unique perspective.

There's ancillary drugs you can take to emergency lever out of bad trips like GABA substances (phenibut, lyrica, etc...). Apparently the good advice is to have trip-killers nearby incase you need to jetpack out of a trip, but to not touch them and always try to ride it out, as some of the more uncomfortable moments of a trip can be important. Having a lyrica pill around usually just provides the peace of mind knowing you can cut the trip out early

Come out of it and I just stop taking amphetamines and weed. I knew amphetamines were bad for my heart in the long run, and weed became extremely psychedelic for me. Nowadays I'll have a puff or two on a special occasion but it becomes overwhelming very fast.

Anyway now I'm married, not on Adderall, been faithful to my wife, and we're going to have a baby soon.

The trip quite obviously isn't what fixed me. What fixed me was the resolve to be better after the trip showed me what I was doing to other people. I blame the Adderall for my shit behavior somewhat. It made me overly manic which lead to bad decisions, which is another reason I wanted to quit it. The psychedelics are never what solve your problems. They just allow you to see another perspective, and then it's up to you to use that to better yourself.

Also I really do not recommend anybody take a large dose of shrooms with Syrian rue. I had visuals for about 18 hours, and I was peaking for 6. Before the trip I told my friends "no matter what, do not call an ambulance. I have researched this and I know the combination is safe, physiologically". And I'm glad I did because at the peak I started telling them they might need to call an ambulance. I went through hell, but in the end it was worth it for me.

Low doses of shrooms absolutely help with confidence, but you really need to be careful about your mental state when you do them. If you're taking them with the intent of being more outgoing, it'll probably work. However if you do it while you have a mental undercurrent of "I'm like this because this girl really destroyed me" it can put you in a really tough place where you're being forced to work through that. When an idea pops in to your head on shrooms that you don't like, you can't really force it away. You have to acknowledge it, maybe poke at it a little, and then move on. Trying not to think about something really just makes you hyperfixate on it.

It can be good because it can help you work through trauma. But if you're not ready for that it can be very very hard. That's why people recommend therapy for weeks before, and for awhile after.

I know it's all about set + setting, as well as having a clear intent of what you want to achieve before hand. I made sure to do heavy research on the right way to do this, as the last thing I want to do is be that retard who just eats a handful thinking it's the equivalent of smoking a joint or something.
