When it came back down I heard the crying again and the door opened and this Orthodox Jew was in it with 2 kids. He can't press the button himself and was waiting for the doorman to press it but he was busy for whatever reason. I asked the guy what floor he's going to because I noticed he hadn't pressed it and he told me only the doorman can press it for him.
So he's just stuck in the elevator with a crying kid going up and down and up and down instead of accepting my help and going home.
