What happened exactly? I know he zapped his dog for trying to move out of his stream background shot. Is that really all there is to it? Those shock collars are not as bad as people think. Most you can hone in the severity of the shock and it’s a legitimate training tool for dogs. Of course some collars can really hurt the dog and even burn the skin. I’m just saying without proof that the dog was severely hurt it’s unlikely the jolt it received was much more than a quick unpleasant moment.
