Shipping boats would bring cargo from China and unload it at America, but the problem was that they weren't making money on the journey back home, so that entire trip would be a money-loss for the people who owned the ship.
So what they did is they would get paid by a city to load their ship up with trash, and then along the way pay a 3rd world country a fraction of that income in exchange for the rights to dump that trash right on their beaches.

I think India stopped doing this, but it was already happening for decades so their environment is already totally trash filled.

So, they throw trash everywhere because its the lower castes who are supposed to pick it up, since they are not chosen and only exist to serve higher castes. The problem is that even those at the bottom of the ladder tell themselves that its someone elses job. All of this retardation ties into why they flood successful countries. At least a portion makes it to a waste dump, but it's literally a sea of waste and shit spread for miles. They don't compress it, or put it on leech mats for waste drainage, anything.
