The publsihed book used parts of these journals in an arranged and heavily edited fashion with additions written by her dad and his friend. When the museum wanted to scan the originals and make them publicly available for everyone to see, the estate of her dad prevented this and sued, so as not to damage revenue from the book AND make sure noone can compare the original with the made up parts of the book. That's all you need to know.
