Most Indians I have met have been pretty civilised and nice if I am being honest. I am not saying I have never met people from India who weren't arrogant or corrupt or had weird habits. It does happen. Mass immigration is changing the country, and I think driving down wages and driving up competition for homes.
My neighbours are Indian and mostly keep to themselves. You wouldn't know they were there. But I do see somewhat dodgy Indians around here dumping rubbish and so on.
What I'm more surprised about is India's ability to project population everywhere all at once and how that influences politics. Policy everywhere seems to be about getting in coolie labour for jobs the young, students, single parents snd older people used to do.
Reconcile that with automation projections and tell me how endlessly growing the population from external sources is the answer.
