It's because there's no power in Eastern Ukraine. After the Ukies started attacking Russian oil sites the Russians retaliated by blowing up every powerplant in Eastern Ukraine. This creates a two-fold problem...
1. Ukies can't charge their drones using conventional power sources.
2. The Drones have to be operated in a lower power mode which disables their ability to record in HD.
As this war progresses Ukraine drone footage is going to slow down quite a bit.
