From what I know you only get to the interview part if the AI doesn't filter you out, you got to have your curriculum arranged in a certain way and with so and so keywords, stuff that only recruiters know. You have to depend on a recruiter to tell you about the obscure untold requirements made by the recruiter themselves, I wouldn't ever know this shit if I didn't take a soft skills class ages ago.
