I have a prediction. Im going to screen cap and see if I'm right. If I'm wrong I will come back and say "I was wrong".
China is going to surpass us in most ways in the next 5 years. No, not in GDP, although maybe that too, but in the actual quality of the human experience. This will be coupled with especially ironic cope: doing the "This wasnt real Communism" meme in reverse despite the cental planning, the price controls, the free healthcare, the redistribution of wealth to the poor, the massive building projects in the deep rural country etc. The reason that Communism is working in China because it's the ONLY place where America wasn't able to inflict violence against it to force it to fail.
