You can firewall off whole IP blocks, which are all assigned to certain providers.

Basically you just tell providers to issue a blacklist to connections from Indian-registered providers.

I know of a site that does this, they even ban VPN fags. It's filled with American Whites and it's pretty based. Full of free open source schematics and circuit boards, 3d models for prints/cnc, plus a ton of other things.
