At church, a guy who was praying for me spontaneously said god gave him a vision about me and said i was a ''very intelligent guy who thinks very deeply but his mind is confused right now'', i believe him because he said in the vision he saw me stressed and walking the streets the day before (i was).

So.. christianbros, what even is the point of this message? Obviously he made me this way if he validated it (i actually think im stupid and not intelligent, but apparently not)

If you ask "Can you show me the way?" in your heart and with earnest intent, he'll respond. I'm not very at praying because I'm not good at talking, but your prayer could be something like this: "God, our Father in heaven, hallowed be your holy name. Thank you for listening to us and caring about us. Thank you so much! We pray in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen."

That's an example. You can really talk to God about anything. Maybe something that is bothering you and really want to say to Him. Pray in the name of Jesus Christ, our saviour.

Something to keep in mind is that as we approach the end of the age, God said that He will be pouring out His Spirit on 'all flesh'. So a fellow Christian receiving a vision like that is on the table.
I'd give someone explaining the vision some leeway. We're not perfect, and may not communicate visions as accurately as we could. An example that comes to mind is Brandon Bigg's vision of Trump getting shot. When he explained his vision, he mentioned Trump's 'eardrum' getting busted (instead of his ear being clipped), because to him, blood running from ear = busted eardrum (video below).

You should read St. Ignatius of Loyola on the discernment of spirits. The rule of thumb is if it does not bring inner peace, then it is not of God. If it breeds fear or confusion then it definitely isn't from God.

This is just what christians say to recruit new christians. Their lives are terrible so they start thinking god has a plan for them and then they think they can have visions, talk in tongues, perform miracles etc. Its all psychologically disturbing really. My advice to you is to stay away from religions in general.
