Cut spending for short-term profits, wait until the population and market have been exhausted, and then replace the workforce with immigrants and machines because it's cheaper than investing in the native workforce. The point isn't to replace you, that is the inevitable and necessary outcome of bleeding you dry until there is nothing left.
